Reporting to the General Manager, the Client Service Administrator (CSA) plays a key role in contributing to and enhancing the overall client experience.  The CSA is responsible for diverse functions including:

  1. Responding to client inquiries within agreed time frames and in adherence with quality and compliance standards
  2. Document processing, including: auditing of insurance forms and enrolment spreadsheets for accurate completion, preparing insurance documentation for delivery to clients, and period-end order reconciliation 
  3. ​Data entry, records keeping, and reporting, using multiple database applications, and MS Office Suite
  4. Regular email, telephone, and in person correspondence with individual and corporate clients as part of the insurance enrolment process, invoice reconciliation, and general client support services
  5. Full range of Front Desk reception duties, and some face to face client support services
  6. Bank deposits and transacting Debit and Credit Card payments
  7. General office support
  8. Contribute to and enhance office process improvements, and office reference documentation
  9. Other project assignments as needed

The role requires facility in keyboarding and PC use – especially with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word. User experience with web-based applications is an asset. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of three years work experience involving administrative and customer service roles. Knowledge about and/or experience in the insurance, healthcare, immigration, travel, or international education sectors are valuable assets.

Position Type
