Grove Racing is searching for a Chassis Mechanic to join their 2023 charge in the Repco Supercars Championship.

Grove Racing has been racing for more than seven years as a team run by Stephen and Brenton Grove.

Experience and success are at the forefront for the team, with exceptional wins in some of motorsport’s biggest competitions.

These are multiple Bathurst 12 Hour class victories, Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup class podiums, three Porsche Carrera Cup Australia class championships and countless Carrera Cup Australia class race wins.

2022 and onwards sees Penrite Racing V8 team and Grove Racing work together seamlessly for redevelopment into the future and now is a chance to work alongside this investment of
performance.

This job will be primarily based in the factory at Braeside, Victoria but will also require the successful applicant to travel to all Supercars events and test days with the team to
collaborate.

The main responsibility of the role will be working collaboratively within the team toprepare, maintain and operate one or both Penrite Racing Supercars at race events, corporate
drive days and the factory.

Ensuring all components of the car are built to specification will be a priority of the job, as well as meeting deadlines whilst maintaining a high-quality build standard will continue to be
the utmost importance.

Successful applicants will be required to have an unwavering determination to win in race team setting and be a team player.

Alongside this, three or more years of Supercars category or world-class motorsport experience is essential for this Chassis Mechanic role.

Applicants will also be expected to be part of the pit-crew for the Penrite Supercars team, which will require a participation in team fitness programs and all-around physical health.
