Arise Racing is a leading motorsport service provider based in Perth, dedicated to racing, driver development, and special events. With a strong focus on excellence and professionalism, we are seeking a skilled and passionate Race Mechanic to join our team.

Position: Race Mechanic

Location: Neerabup Perth, Western Australia

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Work on race cars in various areas including construction, repair, performance development, parts manufacture, and maintenance.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace for yourself and your colleagues.

• Uphold a safety-focused working environment, prioritizing the well-being of the team.

• Contribute to all aspects of maintaining a professional Race Team outfit.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a mechanic (automotive/electrical/marine, etc.) is essential.

• Experience in motorsports is preferred, but not mandatory.

• National travel for race meetings and events.

• Occasional weekend work for race events.

• Work under supervision and follow instructions effectively.

• Open-mindedness and willingness to learn and adapt in high-pressure situations.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to professionalism.

• The ability to work both independently and supervised, and willing to work as part of a team.
