Holinger Engineering has been designing and manufacturing high precision components for motor racing for more than 50 years. Specialising in transmissions, we manufacture a range of gearboxes and associated products, from stand-alone bespoke designs right through to gear sets for existing production cars.

Our gearboxes can be found in a wide range of international classes, from GT racing right through to cross-country rallying. We’ve supplied several categories with ‘control’ gearboxes, as well as featuring heavily in open classes.

Some of our customers include Porsche, Ford, GM, Ralliart, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, KTM and BMW, plus many other private teams and racers. Our products have survived some of the toughest endurance events in the world, including the Le Mans, Spa and Nurburgring 24 hour races, the Bathurst 1000 and the Dakar Rally.

Currently we’re looking for:

CNC VERTICAL MACHINING CENTRE OPERATOR

We need a new full-time CNC MACHINING CENTRE Operator. The role would involve operating &/or programming predominantly Okuma machines.

Successful applicants will:

Pay high attention to detail, fine tolerances and finish.

Have a sound mechanical background.

Be able to take care when handling components.

Be able to manage their time effectively and efficiently.

Be able to take directions but also be able to problem solve independently.

A background and/or keen interest in motor-racing is desirable but certainly not mandatory.

Experience with Okuma products will also be desirable.

Full Time, ~40 hours –Monday to Friday with over-time available if desired.

This is a chance to work in the motorsport industry, on projects that end up all over the world.
