The Roles

We are currently seeking full-time staff in multiple areas including;

• Engineers (Race and Data/Performance Engineers)

• Mechanics

• Fabrication / Panel assembly

• Stores

• Work Experience

These opportunities require people who are willing to work within a high-performance team, committed to providing an outstanding level of service and attention to detail. We are looking for motivated, hard-working individuals to be part of our organisation.

Ideal applicants will have:

Engineers

• Mechanical Engineering or similar, University Degree qualified;

• Previous motorsport experience beneficial (preference being Supercars or other higher level professional motorsport category);

• Experience with Motec data acquisition systems and software;

• Network and high-level computer skills beneficial;

• CAD experience preferable but not essential

Mechanics / Fabrication / Panel Assembly

• Experience in motorsport (preferably with some experience in Supercars)

Stores / Work Experience

• Experience in motorsport preferred but not essential;

• Ability to work well with others and a desire to succeed, with a high degree of organisation

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team

• Ability to prioritise and multi-task

• Organised and be able to work to strict deadlines

The successful applicants must be reliable, disciplined and be a great communicator. Most roles will include travelling for the full race season, working weekends where needed.
