MotorActive is based in Silverwater, Sydney and specialises in the importation, distribution and marketing of a number of leading automotive aftermarket brands including Meguiar’s Mobil and ColorSpec. The Role

MotorActive is looking for a self-motivated person with a passion for cars and a strong level of technical competency in automotive spray painting to join our team.

Success in the role relies on the development of a working knowledge of all brands under the MotorActive banner, and a preparedness to uphold the existing high standard of Customer Service practices.

Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

Recognised automotive spray painting apprenticeship or higher.

Confident computer skills including basic to intermediate Excel.

Previous Technical Support or Customer service experience advantageous.

Attributes

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Punctual and pro-active in responding to technical inquiries.

Excellent customer focus and rapport building skills.

Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and produce results
