In this developing role, the Partnerships & Communications Executive is a strategic and hands-on role, responsible in assisting to execute a diverse range of internal and external communications, events and media activities, according to the go-to-market plans.

What’s the role?

Reporting to the B2C Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in deploying our communications on an external and internal level. Your mission will involve supporting the operational aspects of our team plus getting to lead on topics such as social media, events, ambassador management whilst building our brands visibility and equity.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Social Media: Efficiently manage and challenge our social media agency. Maximize our ROI on our platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and help build and execute our social media strategy. Identify areas to optimize the organization’s performance.
  • Ambassadors and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Management: Manage and recruit new ambassadors/KOL’s to strengthen our brands visibility and audience reach
  • Consumer and Promotion Campaign Management: Schedule, execute and monitor our consumer promotion and media workflows
  • Events: Support organization of customer events (e.g. Product Launches and on-site activations) and internal events (e.g. Townhall Meetings, Annual Conference, CSR activities, Gala Dinners etc.)
  • Branding: Act as one of the branding gate keepers for Michelin, BFGoodrich and Tyreplus, ensures assets and contents deployed in market respects branding rules defined by the group
  • Internal Communications: Work with our business lines to share group information, key initiatives and improve visibility on company activities via our internal channels (e.g. Intranet, Teams/SharePoint, LinkedIn)
  • Budget Management: Responsible for managing part of the communication and brand marketing budget
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Assist the wider marketing team with ad-hoc and/or partnership projects in line with the go to market plans

What are we looking for?

NOTE: Candidates are required to be legally authorized to work in Australia. New Zealand applicants will also be considered.

  • Experience in digital marketing or communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience in project management, prioritization and organization skills including the ability to work unsupervised on multiple projects
  • Entry level contract management
  • Support of the digital transformation process in the organization
  • Willingness to adapt and learn, curious mind
  • Able to support the wider marketing engagement team on the groups market plans
  • Highly self-motivated, and well-presented individual who can deal with people on all levels
  • A good communicator who can have open communications to share information, mitigate issues or resolve conflicts
